SALO Orthotics Antivarus CTEV Shoes (Congenital Talipes Equino Varus) are specially designed footwear for walking age children and adolescents with foot misalignments or congenital foot deformities such as clubfoot. Antivarus shoes are designed to support foot correction and promote proper foot development. CTEV shoes help in improving foot alignment and preventing deformities from recurring as the child grows.
The shoes have a reinforced heel and a firm sole to stabilize the foot. High and extended heel box helps to stabilize the ankle joint and holds the posterior foot in an upright position which prevents tilting of the fast growing heel bone. Shoes have a rigid toe box which properly aligns the great toe and does not allow it to deviate outwards.
Ortho CTEV Shoes are made from genuine leather and are available in multiple sizes (4 inches to 8 inches). Measure your foot length and select the appropriate size.
